Our next big plan –  In April 2010 Paddy successfully rode his epic Lands End to John O’Groats ride to raise money for Hannah so she can volunteer as a videographer with Raleigh International in India for 3 months over summer. Our next BIG plan (or dream) is a cycle touring trip from the UK to India….

A little about Hannah – Hannah can often be found outdoors taking filming stuff or more often than not riding (and falling off) her mountain bike.  She has a full time job working for an infrastructure organisation providing assistance to voluntary and community groups on the use of media and ICT.  Hannah says sometimes her job makes her feel warm inside. In 2008 Hannah also established Maia Media. She calls herself the head honcho becuase it sounds good.  Maia Media specialises in creative video production, providing original and inspiring content for web videos, promotional DVD’s and documentaries. Look carefully and you may be able to spot a few of her videos scattered about on the site.

A little about Patrick – Patrick is really very gnarly although he often denies it.  Because he is so very gnarly he brakes his mountain bike quite a lot but on the positive side this means he is quite knowledgable when it comes to bodging bikes together on the trail and making them look all shiny and new in the garage at home.  Patrick also has a full time job as a store manager in a very sucessful outdoor retail shop.  His job doesn’t make him feel quite so warm inside but it does let him ogle lots of nice gear and makes him excited to get outdoors. If Patrick isn’t mountain biking or fixing broken bikes he can often be found clambering up big rocks.
