LEJOG….the end of the beginning.

Last day at work today, keen to get on with the LEJOG now but still got a bunch of stuff to do. Spent an hour last night making flapjack which was a roaring success. Made two batches with cranberries, sultana’s and roasted cashews. Lovely! Packed with goodness and a whole pack of butter. My arteries won’t thank me but my legs just might. Weather forecast is good if a little on the head wind side, the met shows the wind changing each day to be exactly a head wind. Love it!

Things to do;

Complete the googlemap accessable on www.treampickle.co.uk,
Decide on the final trip kit – this could take ages!
Get all the camping kit ready for the trip south tomorrow.
Cook a huge batch of chilli for Saturday night’s meal at the campsite.

Hoping to post along the way, of course, but it does depend to some extent on finding connections.
